ArcGIS Desktop II with ArcGIS  9.3  - 3 days (24 hours)  For new or experienced GIS users. This course covers the range of functionality in ArcGIS 9.3. Class exercises emphasize the use of ArcMap and ArcCatalog on common GIS tasks and workflows. The course covers the creation and management of GIS data, data display and analysis, geocoding and address matching.  This class covers all of the basics that you need to effectively use this software on your own.

Introduction to Geoprocessing Scripts Using Python - 2 days (16 hours) This ESRI course addresses the geoprocessing framework of ArcGIS. Python is the scripting language that is included with ArcGIS for accessing and automating geoprocessing functionality. It covers Python syntax, Python modules, the geoprocessor, and ArcGIS toolbox. Lessons cover writing and running Python scripts directly, via the command line, and as custom tools added to the toolbox.
