Support Specialist

 

As Network & Computer Support Specialist, you will gain the skills necessary to install, configure and troubleshoot basic networking hardware protocols and services.  You will also gain the skills needed to install, configure and administer computers with Microsoft Windows™ 7 in medium to large computing environments. 

Upon completion, you will be prepared to take the CompTIA Network+ exam and the Microsoft Windows 7 Professional (MCTS 70-680) exams.

Enrollment Eligibility

• Entrance examination score is equal to, or greater than GED or

  equivalent grade level

• At least 6 months of experience in a network administion role
