Terms and Expectations
- Internships may be paid or unpaid, negotiable between employer and student/graduate within State and Federal Law
- Length of internship is to be mutually agreed upon by the intern and you, but not to exceed 3 months
- Intern is offered relevant and challenging work
- Intern is provided guidance in meeting professional office standards
- Intern is provided an orientation on their first day to help them understand your business and their specific responsibilities
- An update is provided to OSC on the student's progress and/or any concerns, as appropriate
