As Computer Hardware & Software Support Specialist, you will gain the hardware skills needed to troubleshoot computers with Microsoft Windows operating systems and perform necessary upgrades and/or replace hardware and software to restore proper system functions. You will also gain the skills needed to install, configure and administer computers with Microsoft Windows™ 7 Professional in medium to large computing environments.
Upon completion, you will be prepared to take the CompTIA A+ exam and the Microsoft Windows 7 (MCTS 70-680) exams.
